3 steps, 1st HR to get to know you and ask about your interest on the job, to pass it easy if you show a fluent speach and listen to what to expect for next steps, they prepare you somehow to the next call with the manager. Then 1 with you future Manager, to understand better the job and opportunities, as well to understand what to expect, and to sell your value and what you could bring to the team. Then the last one to confirm, double check your value and willing to do a good job to a senior manager or to a vendor responsible of the project. For me was a coffe chat with a Senior Manager, who already accomplished some challenges and been years doing sales, and was asking me if I wanted to take that road and not another

how many coffe served in Barcelona in one day? why should i choose you? tell me about one time you argue with a collegue? why this project and not another?
Two interview rounds,one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
