Group interview with 5-6 people. Each of them had to introduce themselves, and then the interviewer explained the company summary, explain the job roles and details and what is expected from the call center agent.

Interview
All is Good but it may take time to be called. Process cant be done in a day if you will not go in the hub panctually. Interviewer was letting you understand all the question first and not rushing you for giving answers.
It was time consuming but understood it's the way they have to operate to ensure they find the best candidates to fit their projects, after it was over felt ease and a sense of accomplishment. If something needed to be recorded there was multiple attempts given which made it feel relaxed and giving the applier sense of autonomy and ability to give the best impression and high-light ones professionalism.
