You see the advert, send in your details, get contacted, requested more info, then there are some screening calls and the one large call with maybe 3 other people in it. You will need to submit supporting documentation and sign and send details. Why would you want to work for Teleperformance? What might you bring to the table?

Very quick and efficient. I’d personally say the entire process was easy if you have experience. They would ask you to answer basic questions, such as experiences and how you navigate objections. Recruiters kept it professional and organized.
Simple over the telephone conversation, asking about background, studies, etc. They called after a long time and I had already found another job so I asked very few questions about the position and did not go on with it.
The have a step by step process followed, all documented and you can request for feedback. They are polite, final interview is challenging since you are being interviewed by the ops manager
