Achei muito demorado. Cheguei 13:30h para a entrevista das 14:00, sai de lá quase 20:00h... Não podemos sair para comer pois nos deixaram lá de molho aguardando o retorno do analista.... Horrível...

Confuse. They call you from Ireland and they propose you job opportunities but they never mention that the job is in a call center. That was too vague. I thought I had applied to iTunes but at the end it was for a Customer Support through Chat.
