TP interview questions

Received a call about my application for customer service representative, was asked to do held the interview in Portuguese and half in English over the phone. Once that was done, i had to do an English assessment and personality assessment test online, then a face to face interview was arranged, once all that was done I had to do an over the phone simulation of what i would be doing at the project itself, and then once all this was approved and I was accepted, I sent in alone my documents and was told about job training start date. This process takes about 3-4 days and training lasted 2 weeks.

They took my interview for a whole day that include approx 5-6 hours. I was asked questions related to my daily routine and all, just to check whether I can talk on any random topic or not.
