I applied online. I interviewed at TP (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2017

I applied online. I interviewed at TP (Athen, , Attika) in Sep 2016
Interview
First, a silly online test. Then, if you succeed, one skype call from the HR at first, which was more like an update on what was offered; then one more from the manager asking all the questions to see if I was a fit.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at TP (Bogotá, Bogota) in Apr 2016
Interview
It is a very long and boring process since hundreds of people take these interviews. Human resources in teleperformance should deal with this issue better. After some stage during the interview you are requested to wait in their headquarters for their reply, which can take an entire day. In the case of someone being rejected, these interviews are a complete waste of time.

Question 1
Bilingual tests in a computer, and in person, are done to determine the fluency in English of a potential agent. Most people taking these interviews come from the metropolitan area of Bogotá, and the location of their headquarters is not readily accesible, which makes the interviewing process somewhat annoying since you do not know beforehand when it will be over.
