I was recruited by someone in Ireland who arranged the job interview over Skype. This lady from Ireland also went through potential interview questions with me, so I was well prepared. They checked my language skills, the typing speed and asked how I would handle certain situations with customers. They also asked for a sample of what I would write/say. Was called in for testing. Process took about two hours because there were many other applicants waiting as well. Test was over basic computer knowledge, workplace etiquette, and Spanish. Passed the tests and was scheduled an interview. Interview was split in two parts. First part required me to speak Spanish, the second part revolved around my character and experience.
