Interview
You all spend 30-60 minutes filling out a lot of paperwork. The interview was composed of a typing speed test (you need to score over 25 words a minute, quite easy), giving a presentation of a few minutes each about ourselves and why we wanted to work there and 20 minutes of customer service questions and previous experience. It wasn't hard at all but the process took several hours and it was quite tiring since everybody was assessed one-by-one and we couldn't leave until everybody was finished. The interviewers were professional and very friendly, which was a big plus.

applied on-line was called within 3 days, set up interview time, but when I got there there was a cattle call of over 30 people without set times waiting. Finally I was called. There was an easy typing test and a simple tech support test.
