The Interview Process was fast and straight forward. It took approximately 3 weeks to reeive the job offer. Primary I was contacted by the HR person from Teleprformance and asked several question. Then I had to complete several tests (language test, typing test, some questions regarding customer service etc.). And after that I had 2 interviews the first one was with representative from Teleperformance and the other one was directly with the person responsible for the project (all the interviews were by phone)

Gave a sheet of paper answered questions got offered job but I suppose so did the other 20 people I never actually got given and interview, it was from agent on the floor asking question on how we would deal with customers and how we were reacting under pressure as well.
