Interview
It's a same day interview. I saw the ad online, went to the center, got a number and waited to be called. The HR personnel did an initial interview and asked if I'm ok to work part time, I said yes. Afterwards, I had a computer exam, passed then asked to report the following Monday for training.

Interview
I applied in person. The process took 2 days. I waited for about an hour and a half for my online exam and typing test. Then waited again for 2-3 hours for initial interview (Panel) , then after giving the result the Interviewer told us to comeback the next day at exactly 1pm for the final interview. So the next day, I arrived before the given time, but again, I waited until 3pm before my name was called for a final interview. After that the interviewer told me that the position that I'm applying for (CSR) is isnt available anymore, and I have no choice but to be a Technical Support Representative. He gave me a manual and told me to familiarize myself to it until 5pm. Then we do a Mock call, but sad to say I failed it. Im just so sad because after that Mock call I should be having J.O already. I also invest too much time. The management is good, but the process was so long.
