I explained that I first try to understand both perspectives through active listening, then aim to find a common ground based on facts and team goals. I believe in transparent communication, empathy, and focusing on solutions rather than assigning blame.
It was good overall I'm happy that I tried to apply here in their site in metro Manila. The staff are accomodating and always smiling and easy to communicate I'm happy with my interviews
El proceso de entrevistas es muy rápido y didáctico. Se te explica de una manera muy clara las expectativas del salario y de tu día a día. No hubo problema con la entrevista una parte fue por internet y otra presencial
