TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process took 2 weeks. Initial interview was on site, while the final interview was on the phone. The initial took only 5-8 mins. The interviewer assess your confidence by answering questions. The more confident youn are, the less questions will be asked. The final interview took 2 weeks, it was mostly "waiting game". They will shcedule me, and I'll wait but won't receive calls. Patience is the key for this one.

The first phase of interviewing is an unexpected phonecall so be prepared! It is just general, get to know you q's but make sure to sound eager and friendly! Then you have to complete a Harver test which is nothing too difficult but you'll need a couple of hours (it is not timed -apart from English profieciency section)
