TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Since I don't have any bpo experience yet it was quite nerve wracking but gladly I made it. Upon going there I ust have to submit a form that I need to fill out with my details together with a copy of my resume then pass it to the receptionist, I waited for me to be called, and then during the interview she asked some personal questions to test my communication skills. After the interview, she informed me that I passed and then the next step will be account verification. So I waited for a few minutes. During the account validation, important details about the account was discussed then she gave me a scenario related to the account and then asked me what should I do to address the concern of the customer.

It's hard but it's for the sake of company's success. The process maybe hard but what they did is to test the skills, attitude and loyalty of an individual if it meets their standards and is capable of doing task their company is needed.
