TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

There were few stages of the process. First, was a typing speed test and english test which was done offline, and you’ll need to send the result to them. Second, if you passed the test, next stage will be one on one interview and there will live chat test during the interview.

It was fast and easy , nothing about this job was hard. Everything will be hands on , you will also have very pacific instructions, on everything. Someone will be there to help you with everything.
