TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interviewer was good.I appreciate how he listened and made me feel not to be nervous.The position (CSR) sounds very exciting.That time I was hoping if I get to join,it would be a great opportunity to grow professionally.

They call in 2 time for the initial and final interview and they send me an email for the assessment and after passing all the interview and assessment we go to Standford to process our medical and then after that the invited us to go onside for another assessment and passed the initial requirements and after that they also send us another email for ICIMS were we can send our all requirements with corresponding schedule.
