TP Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

It was very engaging and pleasant. Ms. Becs was inspiring and very friendly. She matter of factly pretty much told me how being a customer service representative must be and that we should be always ready to face different types of people.

For me its easy but i'm nervous during final interview . And the interviewer is very kind and i want to gain more knowledge i want to enhance my skills
