TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

They contact me as soon as I sent my application. The representative explained me the process and guided me with the different interviews. The only difficulty was that the person who was in charge of my process, was not in the company after and I had to meet other person who was in charge of my process after.

The interview process was okay and easy. They just asked about your background and experiences, the usual interview questions. Their hiring process included the initial interview, final, then an assessment.
