TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview was pretty friendly but the hr seems to be already set for what they need employees for, even if you are qualified for a higher position. They will tell they are sorry you're having some minor issues and if you work on them you will be qualified, but if you need a position that suit your level we have some roles for intermediate level nominees.

Their HR are very nice and every interview process went really smoothly. I also needed more time to decide and they allowed me to do so. The only downside is the salary and benefits, it's low compared to other companies.
