TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

During the interview, the interviewers are kind and polite. They make sure you can cope with the questions they are giving. Also they assure that the applicants will not be feeling intimidated while answering, we just need to be ourselves and be the best while answering the questions given.

It was good and the interviewer was very keen to details and we had such good conversation while she was asking for my details. I will most probably refer my friends to work for the company especially with the service that I had with the company.
