TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The first interviewer was strict and intimidating. The final interviewer was kind and her voice will make you feel calm. The process run smoothly. And she said Congratulations at the end of it. I was expecting that I'm hired. But after how many months, there's no txt or email from them. I heard that a lot of people was complaining about that too.

It was smooth and easy. It was not time consuming and the human resource department personnel were very accomodating. All thenecessary information needed were relayed in a timely manner for us to comply.
