TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I had to be in mass interview with several people. The interviews are to check on english level conversational. The schedules are not flexible. They add on more responsibilities on the process of already working. In the interview they test keyboard speeds and internet speed for working from home they require a minimum of 10GB of internet.

The staff who interview me is very nice and friendly. She does the interview smoothly and in the process. She is also very patient and helpful. The best and most nice interview that I have experienced.
