TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I feel nervous at first but because of the way the interviewer talked and encourage me its goes well. They will make you feel like you already know the answers to their questions and they will give you enough time to relax so that you can do well

The interviewee is for patient in asking even though Im not good in answering their questions and their voice is so calm and it help me too to relax and gain my self confidence
