TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

There were different interviewers with different questions. Some were basic, and some were hard. On the first part, it was a group interview then was called one by one after. One the last interview, the question was situational.

They are just calling whenever they want. it doesnt matter are u busy or not. Applied job or not. They get the jobs even they don t have a team. Because they are big they dont want to others get a job.
