There were 3 to 5 sets of interview but I applied last 2019 before the pandemic. The interviewers were nice and professional. If it's your first time applying in a call center, TP is a good place for newbies.

Interview
It was somewhat easy and smooth. The hr was really helpful made the interview really comfortable and it helped alot with my stress. It was nice but the salary was not what I expected so I had to decline the job offer.

Interview
First there will be an exam. You have to be able to understand and answer the questions written in English. Know your pluralizations, pronunciations, etc. Next, HR Interview. HR will just assess and find out if you are professional enough to do the tasks that will be assigned to you. Then, Manager Interview. The manager will just verify your answers in the HR interview, and get to know you. How are you as an employee? What motivates you, will you be a good subordinate, etc.
