I first applied online and got contacted through WhatsApp a couple of days after. They asked me to send some information and a voice note answering some questions. The day after that I got two calls where the first was about gathering a bit of information about myself and my salary and schedule preferences. Whereas the second one was about personality traits and more in-depth information about positions available. It's an easy interview, you just have to reaming calm and answer the questions

Question 1
What would you do if an angry client comes in line?
Due to CoVid restrictions, the interview was done with Zoom audio. I spoke with someone who screened the call to make sure I wanted full-time work etc. and then I had a 2nd interviewed a 2nd time. They emailed the hiring papers, did an mouth swab drug test (on site) and did a consumer background check. The whole process only took a couple of days.

Question 1
Are you willing to work both remotely and in the office
I applied online. I interviewed at TP (Lissabon, Lissabon) in Sep 2018
Interview
I thought it was a pretty basic interview procedure, the first step was to take a general knowledge test on travel & tourism, followed by a basic phone interview in which they wanted to put language skills to test and also create a couple of possible work scenarios (role-play). At the time it was a job position at Lisbon, Portugal and I was interested in learning Portuguese and getting out of my confort zone. I thought the interview process on behalf of the recruiting team was very poor and I expected better communication on their side. In the end I was never given a response if I had passed onto to the next level or was given the job. It worked out for better that I didn't move on, as I would of been a bit skeptical of their work ethic and standards. After that experience I wouldn't recommend this company for future candidates, but I guess it really depends on the person and the feel you personally get for the company; horses for courses.
