TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I went through a two-step interview process: 1. Phone Interview Assessment: - I got a recommendation for a B1+ account 2. Zoom Video Interview: - I got a B1 recommendation which I believe is not reasonable. - I asked for a dispute and a second interview but the dispute was declined.

It is very easy, i applied overnight and the next morning at 9am I got a call from a recruiter, after few questions my interview was scheduled. The interview was a online one set of video type. Regular questions and you have two chances to answer to the questions. Then you get a email, you are hired...Paperwork follows and the training dates are published. 4 weeks of training.
