TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

There are several rounds, Introduction round, HR round, amcat test, versant test, telephonic round, and client round. Overall it was very easy to ke and i git selected on second day, usually interviews last inly for a day though. I got selected and i got my offer letter on spot. Was good working there, training period was fun.

It was ok overall but could have been better not really organized. I wish that you had an option to chose what hours fit your schedule that would be so heplful.
