TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Numerous rude recruiters. Horrific process. If the recruiters are any metric for how the company runs their business, I don't want to be a part of this organization. What's sad is that they weren't even rude to me! I was witness to numerous potential new hires being degraded and talked down to by various recruiters. It was insane.

Phone interview took about 5 mins. Then zoom interview the next day. I was told that the interview would take about two to three hours. Not sure about the next process after.
