TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very fast, super friendly. I spoke to one person first, apparently, she evaluated my level of English over the phone but also asked a few questions about my work experience. I applied without the CV. They only asked for the CV later on, when I passed a couple of tests (internet connection at home and English level).

The itnerview was quite normal. I recieved a call from Portugal of about 45 min. The question were very basically and simple about my previous working experience, understanding of the role and motivation to work in the company and the role.
