TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Waited longer than anticipated, and was required to do a typing test/ background check without knowing ahead of time. Took about three hours total. It would have been nice to know ahead of time to clear my schedule.

Consists of 3 rounds, mainly focused on communication skills and skills required for specific process I was applying for. 1st round was very easy and was like a warm up session, second was a bit technical and third was same as second.
