TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

-Phone call -3h test -on site interview The process was long. I was contacted by phone and then I was invited to conduct a test in the company's office. Finally, I was interviewed by the manager of the project.

Very good it was a good process no difficult not too long. Very simple questions. Management good and very diligent. Best part, 2 personnes for thé interview thé first time we have to fill a form and run a test for bilingual and then if you are shortlist you have to pass an interview in both language if you are bilingual.
