I applied for the job and was contacted the following day. They fit my schedule to come in for an interview. I am very pleased so far and go in for my interview tomorrow.
I applied online. I interviewed at TP (North Lauderdale, FL) in Oct 2018
Interview
First, you are asked to take a test. Once you submit it, you wait for your name to be called and you go into a room to discuss when you would be able to work (days of the week). Then you take a typing test. Finally, your called into another room with a group of people and asked a few questions (I believe we were asked 4). After you've answered the questions, you are assigned a department you will be working in. It is at this point that you are essentially HIRED. Next, you log into a computer and fill out some information and show some credentials to prove you are who you say you are. The very last thing you are asked to do is take a drug test and a picture for your ID badge. This whole process took about 3 hours.

We're you ever put in a position where you had to deescalate a situation? If so, how did you?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP (Glasgow, Schottland) in Oct 2015

The first process was a phone interview which lasted 30 minutes. I was then invited to an assessment center which consisted of being part of a group of ten and performing role plays, followed by a one on one interview
