Telephone interview, then listening test and writing test, and then final face to face interview.
Heard back the same day on whether got the job or not. Very efficient process. The interview contained all basic competency questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2018
Interview
A prescreening was done over the phone and then an in-person interview on site. I had to wait for 3 hours cause some person who was supposed to take my interview was late by an hour and then had to go for her breakfast and stuff , i answered the questions to best of my ability. I have no prior call center experience, and I believe that Management should not be picky if you have experience or not. I felt that my application was not approved because of this. And this lady who was so late was so rude she cut me off twice when i was speaking, Also it was a group interview and the other girl answered same as whatever points i said but she was experienced and i could clear see this interviewer was not ready to listen to me at all and for formality sake she did it!! i would never recommend this company to any one
