TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interviewer insisted upon phoning my mobile even though I explained that there were some technical issues with it and that he should therefore either Skype me or phone me on the landline. He then claimed to have phoned me multiple times on the landline but - he said - "it didn't work." If my landline had not been working, I would not have had access to the internet in order to read and reply to his messages. Moreover, both my husband and I were at home when the interviewer claimed to "have been calling" - yet neither of us heard the phone ring. Finally, said interviewer deigned to contact me via Skype and we had our initial interview.
