I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TP (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Within 24 hours after applying I was contacted via email for an interview. I scheduled an interview for 9/6/16 at 2pm at their Dallas office. They confirmed the interview on Friday and advised to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. I arrived at 1:45pm I signed in completed the paperwork. 2:15pm come no interview 2:30 no interview. By 3pm the receptionist advised that the online application does not sync with the offices system and would have to complete an online application. I submitted the online application and completed all assessments. At 3:30pm I still had not interviewed with anyone I watched others walk in 45 minutes after me and received interviews ahead of me. By 4:15pm the receptionist comes to get me and says they are unable to interview today can i come back tomorrow. She advised they stop interviews at 4PM. I advised her i had been sitting there for almost 3 hours and had not been seen. She still asks if I can come tomorrow when i asked if i come back would I been seen Immediately she could not provide definitely of when I could be seen. They finally pulled a recruiter by almost 5pm to do “ an interview” that still was not considered an interview. I still did not complete an interview. She did not ask me any job related question or about my skills. She practically gave me a brush off and told me she didn’t have anything to offer me because they were hiring for 7am to 7pm hours. I finally left the facility at 5:20pm without having had an interview and being brushed off. For your companies motto to be professionalism, integrity and commitment I was not shown any of that.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Port Saint Lucie, FL) in Jun 2016
Interview
Got an email from a recruiter, called her to schedule an interview time. Went in on scheduled day. Interview took all day and consisted of 4 separate interviews (2 by Tele-performance and 2 by representatives from the campaign you will be on). Started out with 15 people in the waiting room and 4 of us got hired. One lady went home crying. The interviewers were actually very friendly and made the interview process much easier.
Prior to anything they will schedule a phone interview. A test then follows at the in person interview which tests your typing skills, your ability to comprehend technology and test your math skills. Also, a drug test is conducted which swabs your saliva.
