During the interview they check your typing abilities, as in words per minute. Then there was an English grammar test, followed by a first general interview. Finally a second interview to find out more specific things related to your experience.

During a hiring spree, I interviewed with a manager. Once approved by manager, I was sent to another area to take a typing test and to listen to a prerecord call and take a test on that scenario. All info was disclosed during the interview, such as, training schedules, and shift schedules. Schedules are predetermined and not negotiable.
