I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Richmond, VA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The process lasted a few hours. First there was a typing test and you had the choice of taking a warm up test or going straight to the test. You had three times to take the test and had to type 25 wpm. If you passed the typing test the company gave you a computer test and grammar test. The computer test was multiple choice questions like what does VPN stand for and what does a router do. The grammar test was 20 questions True or False asking if the sentences were grammatically correct. If you pass these two test you will get called to the computer room to listen to a call.Once Make sure to listen to the call because the interviewer will ask you what happened on the call. Once the call is finished you wait for an interview. The first interview is basic questions nothing hard. If you pass the first interview you get a second interview and the questions are basically the same as the first but with a twist. For example I had to play twenty questions to guess what the interviewer had written on the paper. She told me the item is in a grocery store. The next question was role playing. The interviewer was an Iraqi war veteran that just found out they have Leukemia and I had to play a talk show host that had had only two minutes to find out everything I could about this individual. After the second interview HR offers you a position and you get to pick the schedule you want before you go on the floor. You must be available 3:30 pm to midnight for training which last one month. There is a background check, credit check and drug screening.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Tell me what you know about the company? Why do you want to work here? Tell me about your customer service background? How would you handle an irate customer? How would you handle a co-worker that you are having trouble with?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Boca Raton, FL) in Sep 2014
Interview
I filled out a application/test when I walked in. It took a an hour for me to go in and take a typing test. Another hour for an interviewer to come get me and interview me. She had a really bad attitude and was not paying any attention to my responses. So then we walked back out and she was speaking about me to the other girl very rudely. So then in 30ins another guy came to interview me and we had a good professional interview unlike the girl with the attitude. I had to go back out and wait another 45 minutes for this other guy to interview me for sprint and I spent about 40 minutes signing papers since I was hired for sprint.
