TP Kundenberater interview questions

The interview process was smooth, the HR asked basic questions about my background, education, availability, and experience and they evaluated my spoken English, confidence, and voice quality. They also asked why do we want to work in BPO industry and basic behavioral questions.

The interview is a group interview where its about 5 people, we are all asked the same few questions then if we make it to the next round we are moved to a separate room and asked a few more questions. Then given a job offer on the spot.
