TP Operations Customer Expert 1 interview questions

The interviewee gave me a call to learn more about my background and professional experience. During our conversation, they asked me to share details about my previous roles, the skills I’ve developed over time, and the kind of work environment I thrive in. I provided an overview of my career journey, highlighting my experience in customer service, my progression through different roles, and my commitment to teamwork and reliability. It was a productive exchange that allowed me to present myself more personally and professionally.

The job interview process has three (3) parts, the Pre-Screening, Assessments, and lastly the Final Interview by the HR. In the pre-screening, it was easy as they are just collecting some information about you and on how did you discover their company. In the assessments, there are different level of difficulties which a newbie can answer pretty quick. And in the Final Interview it was just about how are you doing, mentally and emotionally.
