TP Technical Support Agent interview questions

The process seems the same today, and I plan to work there again. The day after submitting the form, I called them, arranged an interview, and e-mailed my resume. They gave us an easy typing test and personality test, then and interview. After I passed the first interview, they scheduled a second interview, where I was accepted. They gave us paid training for the job.
