Interview
They are quick ,they are all in a rush to get you in! They have no proper skills, its a store, people are in and out, scary that means their attrition must be horrible if they need to hire so many people all the time. Not a good experience!

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Bristol, TN) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was very pleasant. One on one with standard interview questions. I honestly don't have any complaints about how it went. I was very satisfied with the end results. The was not as stressful as others I have had in the past. I would recommend that anyone who has any customer service experience and is interest in a company apply with this one. The total process of testing and interviewing took around four hours.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP in Jul 2014
Interview
Very simple conversation-style process. Began with some computer-based questions and typing skill test. Then moved on after excelling on the typing test, to the face to face meeting with the hiring manager on site. Had a few minutes talking about the position and duties. Then submitted required documents and took a drug test on site as well.
