I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TP (Ayala, Morelos) in Mar 2018
Interview
I was referred through Global Headstart and originally applied there for non-voice account but instead, I was given a voice account here.
First interview is by groups of four. It’s simple, the interviewer asks you to tell him/her about yourself then after doing so, you will be given an out of the box question. It was different for all of us. The first one in the interview was asked what language he would like to learn and I was asked how I would sell ice cream.
Second interview is more about the your commitment to the company and your knowledge about customer service; the salary you would expect, what’s your idea of a call center, define customer service, how long would you be staying in the company/how long do you see yourself in the company, etc.
If you pass that, you’ll take the exam which is very easy. 3 part-exam: 1. Random questions- you can google the answers, they’ll instruct you to do so. I guess it is to check how fast you can navigate the web. This is timed as well as the second part. 2. Listening- they will give a set of calls and one question you’d have to answer. My trick: read the question first before pressing play so you know what to listen for. 3. Typing- use a speedtyping website to practice if you think you need to work on your typing skills. It’s basically the same test you’ll get.
Final interview is with the supervisor you will have if you get accepted. They’ll be intimidating but don’t worry about it and just be yourself. Show personality and do not speak in Filipino.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TP (Lissabon, Lissabon) in Jan 2018
Interview
Two phone interviews and online test. First one to understand the job, the company culture etc and the second one explaining why I was the right person for the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a frustrated customer.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TP (Indore) in Aug 2017
Interview
They'll ask you crap questions, just to check your English. They themselves don't know much English, so that's Ironical and quite funny. Most of them, ain't fluent themselves. And most of them are hired on what basis, nobody knows. So the process is overall unstable, if you're someone with caliber, I would suggest you, to not go to the company.
