TP Teleoperador interview questions

A very long computer exam, then an interview. Eveything lasts about 3 hours which can be done in less time. Was not happy with the interviewing process. Noticed they didn't take screening very seriously and let a lot of non good candidates go in.

The interview process was simple. I filled out the application and a few days later I received a call. I went there and took the typing test and a written test. The same day I was interviewed and hired. They took a drug test the same day. Two weeks later I was in training.
