TP Teleoperador interview questions

Applied online, had phone interview next day- basic customer care questions. Group interview few days later(2) needed to fill in forms for police and credit check thenhad to talk to the group say a bit about myself, answer basic spelling and maths questions, listen to three call recordings and take details and a mock call Then had call later that day for final interview questions and offer of employment

The interview process was very easy and simple. I submitted my resume and was called in along with a group of other candidates. There was an individual interview and a group drug test on the spot.
