Pretty straight forward, first you get a call from a hr, then the value your english level and setup you up an interview. Once you go to the second interview, you will have a computer skill test such to evaluate your english and computer skills

The first round was a short-listing round and then they had called in the office for a typing test and English grammar test. Followed by that there was a one on one interview . A week later they called me for the group interview

I came in early, the lady at the reception happens to be the one conducting the interview,she asked for a copy of my resume. Before the interview i did a typing test on the computer and answered some general questions regarding communication on paper. The interview went smooth as i had practiced answering the questions over and over again.
