TP Teleoperador interview questions

The interview process was easy but extremely long, I came in to recruiting around 8 AM and didn't leave until about 2PM, not because they have a lengthy interview process or because I was one of 30 people there, but because you wait two hours until the recruiting is ready, then after your first interview you have to wait for someone from the project you're going for to come down and interview you, generally this is a supervisor so they are relatively busy. I was hired on the spot, it seems if you can pass a drug/background test you can get a job here.

In office interview with HR manager. Waited in waiting area. Before the interview with the manager, you took a typing test...25wpm was the goal. After HR, you interview with a supervisor. Background and drug test becomes clear, they schedule you for a training class.
