TP Teleoperador interview questions

I received a short introduction call during which the actual interview call was scheduled. I was asked about my motivation and understanding of the role and scenario-based questions about the role.

The selection process included many questions in English, some to assess your knowledge of the past perfect tense and your overall English level. It consisted of several role plays in customer service to evaluate how you would handle complex situations.
