They ask you questions that you would expect them to ask. They are very easy and common sense. They are very nice and respectful people. The questions are ones that you would expect a call center to ask

Discussion regarding my CV, experience and skills followed by a quick and easy typing test. Completed a role play taking a call to deal with a customer complaint. Usually the interview is a group interview but luckily for me I was the only one there so it wasn't as uncomfortable.

Je hoort op de dag zelf of je wordt aangenomen of niet. Recruiter belt en geeft korte screening. Volgende dag een gesprek met recruiter + test maken. Daarna luister je mee op het project en daarna heb je gesprek met de supervisor.
