TP Trainer interview questions

Interviewer asked situational based question to check how engaging is my conversation during interview also checked how fluently answer was described each and every bits to make the listener understand and so on.

Do not screen applicants properly especially committment and communication skills. During training and 1st 30 days endorsement to operations agents resigns due to personal reasons. Some employees cant barely communicate and express themselves.
