Typical phone screen with recruiter, then technical phone screen. On-site with 6 interviews (panel of 2 each), 1 was a lunch interview. The recruiter was responsive to emails, and scheduling was handled well.
The interview questions were not especially difficult, BST, Graph problems, system design, etc.
Do yourself a favor and read other people's experiences interviewing with this company. You might think you did well, but there's a good chance you will get rejected. They won't give any reason why, and I guess that makes sense. You most likely need to stand out compared to the standard answers that they hear, especially for a senior level role.
The company values culture just as much as technical proficiency, so make sure that you fit that mold before applying as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Tableau Software in Jan 2022
Interview
Recruiter Phone screen -> Technical Phone screen (1hr)
The technical phone screen was 20min behavioral and rest of the time was an easy coding challenge. However, the question asked was so open ended without any explanation with one-sided discussion. The interviewer seemed very arrogant and barely spoke. It felt like I was talking to myself. Overall, worst experience i've ever had.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tableau Software (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2021

Was constantly looking at the time to finish of the interview..

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tableau Software in Oct 2021
Interview
Applied on the Salesforce website, got reached out by a recruiter weeks later. I then had a 1 hour tech screen with one of their engineers. Not only was the problem outrageous, but the interviewer didn't even define a method signature, input, or anything. He wanted it to be "open-ended", so I said bye.
